♡ all payments are upfront.
♥ commissions must be invoiced by me via PayPal.
♡ i only accept USD.(2.) turnaround
♥ i'll always do my best to complete your piece asap.
♡ please understand my health can make times vary.
♥ i will try to complete a piece within 2-3 days of starting.(3.) communication
♡ your DMs must be open on X.
♥ reach out to me if you don't want to open your DMs.
♡ if i can't contact you, i can't proceed with the commission.(4.) late commissions
♥ if your commission is late or delayed, i will offer to upgrade your piece or include extras as compensation for your time and patience.
♡ as of March (2026) all past clients waiting on artwork are eligible for requested upgrades. i will work with you gladly!(5.) WIP updates
♥ you will receive WIP images throughout the process.
♡ i will not continue until i receive your approval.if you're unsure about what pose to pick, i can provide a pose sheet before starting. once the sketch is approved, the pose is final.(6.) watermarks
♥ finished commissions will include a watermark, i usually hide them in the background.
♡ you may request an unwatermarked version if desired.(7.) edits & changes
♥ changes after the lineart is finalized will incur a small fee.
♡ color changes & marking edits are free until i begin shading.
♥ you are encouraged to point out errors if you see any! i'll try my best to be as accurate as possible.(8.) reference images & sheets
♡ you must provide a clear, non-shaded drawing for me to pick colors off of & use as a guideline.
♥ i will not create a character for you from scratch.
♡ if you'd like a design from me, it will count as 2 commissions.(9.) usage rights
♥ commissions are for personal use only.
♡ commercial use requires a +200% fee.(10.) posting
♥ commissions will be uploaded to my alt: @pinkpoffins
♡ you are welcome to upload on your own account.(11.) right to refuse service
